Refund policy

All apparel and accessories items are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price within 15 days of receiving your order. Original shipping charges (if incurred) are not refundable. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed, and must have all tags attached. Refunds are processed to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days of arriving at our warehouse. 

Need a different size / color?

In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Instead, you’ll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order. We will credit your account once we receive your return.

Art sales are final. Although generally Oeuvre does not offer refunds on artwork, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we can work to resolve your concerns. Refunds will only be applicable where Oeuvre is deemed to be in breach of the description offered for each artwork. Refunds will be given strictly at the discretion of the artist. If a refund is approved, the artwork must be shipped and delivered to Oeuvre within 16 business days of the date of delivery.

Please note: the customer is liable for all shipping costs associated with the return of an artwork.
